I’m Anne—an experienced consultant, Fractional COO, and Chief of Staff with a passion for turning strategy into execution.

As co-founder of Pala Ventures, I draw on both entrepreneurial experience and corporate leadership to help organizations streamline operations, scale with intention, and achieve sustainable growth. Whether restructuring established companies or launching new initiatives, I focus on building teams and frameworks that deliver measurable results.

In parallel, I’ve developed a niche in Indonesia’s Carbon Credit and Nature-Based Solutions sector. Together with the Indonesian government, I am involved in Karbon Lestari Bersama, a program focused on developing high-integrity carbon credit projects and mobilising the right financing to make them viable at scale.

I also serve as Treasurer and board member of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (DBN), where I oversee financial management and support the organisation’s strategic direction. Through this role, I strengthen the Dutch–Indonesian business community by organizing events and supporting Dutch companies and those with ties to the Netherlands.
